Since launching last October, SDL Property Partners now has fourteen active franchise territories, covering the following areas:
In July we held our second training workshop at London’s Waldorf Hilton Hotel, designed to follow on from our previous training events. This session focussed on the full sales experience thanks to Business Development Manager Fred Hopkins and social media for new businesses, delivered by Marketing Executive Rebecca Stonehouse. The afternoon session allowed attendees to keep up to date with legal issues courtesy of Yashmin Mistry from JPC Law.
For many of our franchisees, this is the first time they have run their own business and securing their first management instruction is a key milestone. Daniel Robertshaw, a franchisee in London, said, “The workshop gave me some really useful ideas and it’s a great opportunity to develop my skills as a business owner”.
Candidates are invited to join the second half of our workshops to learn about the industry and running a business, with the opportunity to meet our franchisees.
