Why SDL Property Partners?
When looking at the growth potential in property management it was clear right from the start that it was where we needed to be. We directed our focus into block management and started looking for a partner who could support us with systems, the process, the set up and with the long line of compliance regulations in the industry. SDL Property Partners ticked all the boxes and would allow us to focus on growing our block management business rapidly.

The team behind SDL Property Partners have been supportive and friendly since the initial contact, and right through to post-signing of our agreement. What was most important to us, was that they were keen to understand any issues or bumps in the road that we may of faced to help resolve them or guide us through it.
We had a lot of questions and raised many queries over the franchisee contract, but the team were patient, understanding and professional.
