As Christmas is fast approaching, we wanted to share how we’ll be managing your block over the festive period.
It’s safe to say that 2020 hasn’t been the year anyone expected! It has been quite a challenging year for all of us thanks to Covid-19, so we want to make sure our people can spend as much time as possible with their loved ones over the festive period. It will be business as usual between now and the 23rd of December, which means our opening hours will be from 9am to 5pm.
Our offices will close on Thursday the 24th December and reopen again on Tuesday the 29th December until Thursday 31st December December. We will also be closed Friday 1 January.
During this time, we will have a reduced team of staff working. However, our out of hours service will be available for any emergency work that is needed during this time, but all other non-urgent queries will be picked up in the new year when our team return from their festive break.
With this in mind, please call 0121 227 7022 for all emergencies. We ask you to continue to report all other maintenance issues or make payments through SDL 360 – please email all other queries through to email@example.com.
