After receiving the news that we made the shortlist for ‘New Build Property Management Company of the Year’ we couldn’t wait to travel down to London for News on the Blocks Property Management Awards 2018! On Friday 23rd November, with our SDL Property Partners team, we attended the PMAS 2018 to celebrate our nomination and their fantastic table gifts & social media competition.
We’re extremely proud to announce that we are the 2018 New Build Property Management Company of the Year WINNERS! Winning this award has enabled us to hit an important milestone, as it is the first win for our work with developers and new build properties.
Our business has undergone a period of change as we have integrated CPBigwood, acquired in 2015, into the SDL Group, followed by the Alexander Faulkner Partnership in 2017. Through this change, our work with new build properties has stood out for its bespoke approach and attention to detail. Working with new build properties stems from years of dealing with complex mixed-use, mixed-tenure developments.
Our approach is built around understanding the needs of our clients and building a management strategy around this, each client receives a totally bespoke service designed for them. Collectively, our team have decades of experience working with developers and house builders, including during construction and planning phases. We understand that each development is affected by various factors which make each one unique.
Head of SDL Property Management, Andy Deller said: “We are hugely proud of our approach which is based on trusted client relationships to deliver a five-star property management service to thousands of home owners. We are absolutely delighted to have our hard work recognised with a national award.”
A huge thank you to our incredible team who work so hard day in, day out – without you this wouldn’t have been possible! We would also like to extend our thanks to News on the Block for a brilliant night and awarding us with this title.
