2019 brings a fresh approach for SDL Property Partners. The industry is constantly changing, and we’ve made some changes to how we do things too.

How does retaining 70% of the management fee sound?

Sounds great doesn’t it! Not only will you retain 70% of management fees, but you’ll also receive any additional fees (including enquiries before contract) and a share of the average insurance commission income. Income will vary by region, but with 500 units in the north, you could earn £55,000. With 500 units in London, you could earn £95,250.
