Site Identification and Analysis
You’ve found the perfect site, but need to make sure it’s a worthwhile investment. We work with our clients to analyse the viability and suitability of schemes for private rental and the appropriate mix of housing stock along with potential market demographics.
Design and Mix of Units
If the site passes initial inspection and commercial viability tests, we will provide a more detailed rental assessment report looking at achievable rents, the ideal mix of units, social demographics and local amenities.

Letting – via Local Agents and Portals
One of the key roles we perform for our institutional clients is in providing private rental letting advice and consultancy which can cover market proposition, product offering and specification.
Our team will oversee the lettings process to ensure agreed service levels are met. We will appoint an established third-party agent to manage the tenant-find, referencing and check-in processes for PRS lettings. Where possible, we use our own franchise network; Century 21 UK. We can involve you as much as you want in the tenant vetting process.
We complete an initial fact-find to understand the detail of your client base. Any data collation is conducted by our analysts where you will be required to provide raw data and sign off to ensure accuracy. Training will also be provided to ensure that you are fully aware of our software, key processes and procedures.
We’ll contact your tenants to arrange new standing order forms, and keep everything moving forwards. Your account manager will work closely with you to ensure that everything runs smoothly, and we’ll provide you with template letters and emails to communicate the changes to your clients.
The overall management of the tenancies and properties is the responsibility of our team at our Head Offices in Nottingham. All members of this team are either ARLA qualified or in the process of obtaining the ARLA certification and are therefore able to handle a wide variety of tenant enquiries quickly and efficiently.
The team operates from Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm and on Saturdays, 9:00am – 1:00pm. Outside of these office hours, calls are transferred to a 24/7 emergency support helpline that has the authority an ability to handle any urgent enquiries.
We’ll take care of every aspect of managing your property, from day-to-day tenant queries, maintenance requests and management reports.

A point of contact is available 24/7. Outside of office hours, our emergency support helpline has the authority and ability to handle any enquiry.
