SDL Property Management is a residential managing agent on a journey to transform our business and make the industry a better place for people living in leasehold and managed estates.
The homes we look after range from residential apartment blocks to new build housing estates, to mixed-use complexes. We provide freehold estate management and leasehold block management. What does this involve? It varies depending on the type of property, but typically includes:
- Repairs and maintenance of communal areas such as lifts, car parks and shared green spaces.
- Compliance and health and safety including risk assessments, inspections and placing insurance if needed.
- Financial management of the service charge or estate charge, including setting the budget and end of year accounts.
Who we work with
We work with developers, housebuilders, freeholders and resident management companies. We fully support the Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government’s public pledge to leaseholders. We will only work with developers and freeholders listed as signatories of the government pledge.
