Site identification and analysis
You’ve found the perfect site but need to make sure it’s a worthwhile investment. We work with our clients to analyse the viability and suitability of schemes for private rental and the appropriate mix of housing stock along with potential market demographics.

If the site passes initial inspection and commercial viability tests, we will provide a more detailed rental assessment report looking at achievable rents, the ideal mix of units, social demographics and local amenities.

One of the key roles we perform for our institutional clients is in providing private rental letting advice and consultancy which can cover market proposition, product offering and specification.
Our team will oversee the lettings process to ensure agreed service levels are met. We will look after tenant-find, referencing and check-in processes for PRS lettings. We can involve you as much as you want in the tenant vetting process.
